Policies, Terms & Conditions

Please note below our Refund and Cancelation Policy as well as the Terms & Conditions regarding Installment/Payment Plans.


FOR ONLINE PROGRAMS:
If you are registered for the Program and wish to withdraw your participation (either BEFORE or AFTER the program has already started), you can choose to TRANSFER your registration to the following Program Cohort or to receive a credit for future services with Lauren Harkness. No refunds will be given.

FOR IN-PERSON PROGRAMS:
If your plans or interest have changed BEFORE the program has begun, you may submit a request to TRANSFER your registration to a future Program Start Date/Program Cohort or for future services with Lauren Harkness. No refunds will be given.

FOR IN-PERSON SERVICES:
For coaching, Reiki or Tantra healing (or similar), sessions must be paid for in advance of the session. You may reschedule without charge if you cancel/reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last minute cancellations will be forfeited. No refunds will be given.

INSTALLMENT/PAYMENT PLAN TERMS (Online and In-Person):
Installment or payment plans are offered to registrants in an effort to make programs more accessible. A 10% fee is applied to cover the additional costs associated with managing these payments. Participants are expected to fulfill their installment or payment plans as agreed upon when registering for their respective program. Participants who fail to fulfill their installment or payment plans as planned will be REMOVED from their respective course or program.

Unless specific arrangements have been approved in advance, all payments are due PRIOR to COMPLETION of the program for online programs. For in-person programs, all payments are generally due PRIOR to the START of the program.

Access may be restored upon bringing the account balance up-to-date. For online programs, registrations could be transferred to a future program cohort provided that the participant brings their account balance up to date prior to the NEW Program Start Date.

OTHER:
Should a program be canceled due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the program non-viable, registrants will be offered a full refund.
